The Edo State Police Command has apprehended a suspect, Amadin Williams, in connection with the gruesome murder of his childhood friend, Eghosa Osas, in Oben community, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area.

The incident, which occurred during the peak of the Christmas festivities, has sent shockwaves through the local community and the Nigerian diaspora.

The victim, 43-year-old Eghosa Osas, had recently returned to Nigeria from abroad alongside his family to celebrate the holiday season and inaugurate his new residence.
