ACCRA, GHANA — Renowned Nigerian artist and business mogul, Mr. Eazi, has officially signaled his intent to bolster Ghana’s creative infrastructure by requesting land from the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) for a new entertainment project.
The “Leg Over” crooner and founder of emPawa Africa disclosed his vision to construct a state-of-the-art, 3,000-capacity multipurpose venue in the heart of Accra to address the city’s growing need for mid-sized event spaces.
The request comes at a time when Ghana is positioning itself as a primary hub for “December in GH” and Year of Return festivities. Mr. Eazi noted that while Accra has become a global destination for tourism and arts, the lack of diverse, high-quality venues often limits the scale and frequency of events for emerging and established artists alike.
