The Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse 111, CFR has called on Christians across the Country to Emulate the Virtues of Jesus Christ.
In a press statement in Warri, Delta State, the media officer to His Majesty, Dr. Taiye Amatesiro said one of the factors influencing underdevelopment, tribalism and nepotism in our society is the absence of Christ attributes in most Nigerians especially Christians.
The royal father also prayed that as Christ rose up from the grave so shall all God fearing Nigerians rise above lack, sickness and all forms of vices militating against the fortune of Nigerians and the country.
The revered monarch made this remarks in his palace on Friday as Christians the World over celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The Warri monarch further charges Nigerians to continue to emphasize values that unites us as a people rather than those things that divides us, noting that development can only thrive in an atmosphere of Peace and enduring security.
