TVC News Launches New Studio in Eko Atlantic City: A World Class Facility.

By Primegossip.news

TVC Communications has just launched a state-of-the-art studio in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, which will serve as their new corporate headquarters. This move comes after their previous studio in Ikosi Ketu suffered significant damage during the #EndSARS protests in October 2020.

The new multi-storey studio complex is a promise kept by TVC, as they had vowed to build a bigger and better studio while preserving all jobs. This facility meets international standards and will house various stations, including TVC News, TVC Entertainment, Max FM Radio, and the new Yanga FM (Pidgin-speaking).

The unveiling ceremony of the new studio was attended by prominent figures from Nigeria’s media and marketing industries, including the Director General of the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, Mr. Charles Ebuebu.

With this new studio, TVC Communications is now well-positioned to lead digital broadcasting in Nigeria, according to Mrs. Victoria Ajayi, CEO of TVC Communications.

There have been claims that the television station is a private investment of President Bola Tinubu, but no evidence supports this. The connection may have made TVC a target during the protests. At that time, Tinubu was the leader of the ruling APC party, though he was not yet president.

Following the protests, TVC promised to build a bigger and better studio while preserving all jobs. The new multi-storey studio complex officially opened as the company’s corporate headquarters at Eko Atlantic is the promise kept.
