In an attempt to breath life into their attack line following injury to key toward players p,Arsenal have launched a bid for Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins .
The bid comes ahead of next week’s transfer deadline.
Sources say the Gunner have made an initial offer for Watkins which has been rejected,they are however expected to return with a new offer.
Arsenal Spanish manager,Mikel Arteta is a long-term admirer of the the 29-year-old England international.
