Fresh from his recent invitation, detention and questioning by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, former governor of Delta State,Dr Ifeanyi Okowa has been spotted enjoying the game of ping pong.
In the short clip Okowa can be seen smashing the table tennis ball,as the four young men took turn to play against him.

It comes amid ongoing investigation by the EFCC over alleged misappropration of over a trillion naira by the ex governor.
