Participants Applaud NCDMB, Rucotech as ISO 9001:2015 Training Ends in Warri—

Graduates Receive Laptops, Starter Packs, Certificates.

WARRI- Participants of the just-concluded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems training programme have commended the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and Rucotech Integrated Services Nigeria Limited (RISNL) for what they described as a transformative learning experience.

The three-day intensive training, which held in Warri, Delta State, wrapped up on Wednesday, July 9, with a presentation of starter packs, brand-new 13th generation HP laptops, and certificates to the graduating participants.The training, aimed at empowering young professionals from the Niger Delta with globally recognized quality management knowledge, was facilitated by Rucotech, a Centre for Management Development (CMD)-accredited firm known for its high-caliber training delivery.

Several participants, who spoke during the closing ceremony, described the programme as “world-class” and “eye-opening,” applauding Rucotech’s professionalism, hospitality, and impactful delivery.

“This is the first time I’ve attended a training that was this structured, comprehensive, and rewarding,” said one of the trainees. “From the content to the facilitators, and even the logistics—everything was top-notch.”

Executive Secretary of the NCDMB, Engr. Felix Omatshola Ogbe, represented at the event by Mr. Festus Erubore, expressed deep satisfaction with the successful outcome of the training. He praised Rucotech for its exceptional organization and lauded the facilitators for their expertise.

The ceremony concluded with group photographs, certificate presentations, and enthusiastic applause from attendees, many of whom expressed hope for more such opportunities to bridge skill gaps and enhance employability across the region.
