PORT HARCOURT — The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has commenced a five-day capacity-building workshop on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) technologies for youths in the South-South region. The training, which is holding in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, began on Sunday.

The workshop is part of the NCDMB’s ongoing efforts to empower Nigerian youths with technical skills in key sectors of the oil and gas industry.
The training on CNG is particularly significant given the Federal Government’s push for the adoption of gas as an alternative fuel source.
The initiative aims to equip young people with the necessary expertise to participate in the growing CNG value chain and contribute to the nation’s energy transition.
