With continued insecurity in parts of the country,it appears Nigerians have decided to take charge of their safety.
According to a social media user on X, formally Twitter, with the handle @Dankastina50, bandits kidnapped several villagers in Babban Duhu community, Safana LGA, Katsina State.
However in retaliation, locals and vigilantes captured the bandits relatives demanding an exchange.
Two days later, the abductees were freed, with each receiving ₦30,000 for transport.
