The Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, a.k.a. Tompolo, has urged Nigerians to disregard false reports circulating on social media that he issued a 21-day ultimatum to the Federal Government for the release of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
In a press release signed by his Media Consultant, Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, Tompolo stated “unequivocally and unambiguously” that he did not author the publication and has “nothing to do with the issue of Nnamdi Kanu.”
Tompolo described the viral story as the “hand work of Tompolo’s enemies” who seek to discredit him because of his firm stand against illegal crude oil activities in the Niger Delta region.
He reaffirmed his unwavering support and commitment to President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, adding that he “remains firm and reaffirms his endorsement of Mr President for second term and continues to work for its realisation.” The statement urged the Federal Government and the general public to ignore the false publication.
