An Abuja High Court in Garki has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Joseph Eriki, Director of Investigations and Prosecution at the FCTA, for failing to appear in court over a nine-count land fraud charge involving plots 461–470 and 486–496 in Sabon Lugbe. Eriki and 11 others, including five companies, are accused of conspiring to defraud Etha Ventures Limited using forged land documents between 2019 and 2024. Justice Suleiman Belgore directed their arrest and appearance on June 4 after prosecutors cited repeated failures to secure their voluntary attendance.
