Nigerian music superstar Davido and popular Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus were recently seen together in public, signaling a renewed chapter in their long-standing friendship.
The two were spotted during a courtesy visit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, in Abuja. Photos from the visit were shared on Instagram by Eniola, who captioned the post, “Earlier today with Oriade @davido 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬,” indicating her presence with the singer during the official engagement.
Also in attendance were members of Davido’s close-knit circle, including nightlife impresario Cubana Chief Priest and music executive Ubi Franklin.
The public appearance comes after years of speculation surrounding a reported fallout between the duo in 2022. While neither party publicly confirmed the cause, fans observed a noticeable absence of interaction and social media unfollows.
However, reconciliation signs emerged in late 2024 when Davido and Eniola were seen together at the London birthday celebration of Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, a mutual friend. Their latest outing has delighted fans, many of whom have taken to social media to celebrate their rekindled bond.
The reunion has been widely welcomed, marking a positive turn in the friendship between two of Nigeria’s beloved entertainment figures.
