Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has once again demonstrated his affection for his wife, Chioma Adeleke, by gifting her a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. The luxury SUV, which has a market price starting at over $150,000 (around ₦240 million), is a major upgrade from earlier models, featuring a new design and electric options.
In a video posted on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, a visibly excited Davido explained that he traded in a previous model and added more funds to secure the latest G-Wagon for his wife. “Only the best for my lady,” he declared, showcasing his motivation for the extravagant purchase.
Chioma was visibly thrilled as Davido presented the vehicle to her, cheering her on with the words, “We do 2025!”
The gift comes after a series of lavish wedding ceremonies for the couple. Their white wedding, which took place in Miami on August 10, 2025, was the final of three ceremonies. The event, reportedly costing about $3.7 million, was a star-studded affair attended by prominent figures from the business, political, and entertainment worlds.
