‘Dig It Up!’: Doris Ogala’s Viral Podcast Appearance Rocks Grace Nation International

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has ignited a firestorm of controversy after calling on the Department of State Services (DSS) to launch a forensic investigation into the headquarters of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry. In a series of explosive allegations made during an appearance on the KAA Truths podcast, the actress suggested that a dark secret lies beneath the church’s altar, linked to a fatal construction accident.

The allegations mark a significant escalation in the public feud between the actress and the prominent cleric, known popularly as the “Generational Prophet.”

The Allegations: A Hidden Fatality and ‘Buried Evidence’

Ogala’s claims center on a reported structural collapse that occurred during the construction of the church’s main auditorium. According to the actress, the incident resulted in a loss of life that was never properly reported to the authorities. She further alleged that an unnamed blogger had discovered “something on the ground” at the site, which allegedly led Pastor Okafor to contact her privately for help in “silencing” the report.

“DSS should go to that church and open his altar. I wouldn’t say further than that,” Ogala stated during the podcast. “When they were building that place, the structure collapsed, and someone died… He called me and asked what he could do to silence the blogger.”

Rather than issuing a formal legal denial or a direct press statement, Pastor Chris Okafor appears to have adopted a spiritual strategy to address the storm. The cleric took to social media to share a snippet of a recent sermon, accompanied by a caption that many followers interpreted as a subtle dismissal of the “earthly” accusations against him.

Invoking John 15:7, the Pastor wrote:

“When God’s concerns become your concerns, your concerns will become His concerns. ‘If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you.’”

The post, which garnered thousands of reactions, suggests that the church leader is relying on divine vindication rather than engaging in a public war of words with the actress.

The Multi-Billion Naira Lawsuit

The “altar” allegations are just the latest chapter in a wider legal battle. Recent reports indicate that Ogala has formally issued a ₦1 billion legal demand to Pastor Okafor through her legal representatives, Synergy Law Partners.

The actress alleges a breach of promise of marriage, claiming she was in a romantic relationship with the cleric for nine years before he recently married another woman. She asserts that the pastor’s actions have caused her “significant emotional, reputational, and psychological harm.”
