Mr. Adeyeye Ajayi, personal assistant to former military head of state General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), has dismissed circulating reports of the former leader’s death as false.
In a statement on Sunday, Ajayi urged the public to ignore the rumours spreading on social media.
He assured that General Gowon remains in good health and continues to participate in public events, contributing as a voice of reason and supporting Nigeria’s growth and development.
