The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited NNPCL, says the 125,000 barrels per day Warri Refining & Petrochemicals Company (WRPC), has commenced partial production.
The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, who announced this on Monday,30th December, maintained that lot’s of people doubted the ability of the NNPCL to revive the plant.
While admitting that the refinery is yet to reach 100% capacity, he assured that efforts are on bring it up to speed.
