Hope Rises for OOU Pharmacy Students as Senate Set to Approve Delayed Results Tomorrow

There is renewed hope for 44 final-year Pharmacy students of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Sagamu, Ogun State, as their long-delayed academic results are now set to be approved by the university Senate tomorrow, potentially paving the way for their long-awaited induction into the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN).

The delay, which sparked student protests and parental outcry, was reportedly due to administrative lapses linked to the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Lateef Kasim, who has denied allegations of negligence. While the students’ results are expected to be approved imminently, the exact date of their PCN induction remains uncertain.
