Former Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area, Dr. Godwin Ebosa, has denied being part of a mediator team to speak on behalf of Niger Delta Liberation Movement, NDLM.
Ebosa,who spoke during an interview with newsmen on said ” How will they nominate me, how can I mediate on behalf of people I don’t know?” maintaining that he wants peace in Warri.
The group had on Monday December 16, named Chief Rita Lori – Ogbebor, Dr. Godwin Ebosa and four other prominent Itsekiris as mediators, that would dialogue with Chevron Nigeria Limited, government and other stakeholders on the way forward.
This came after they announced indefinite suspension of ‘ Operation Chevron Dragnet.
