As the race for executive positions in the Itsekiri National Youths Council, INYC hots up,chairman of Itsekiri Historical Front, IHF, Lily-white O. Esigbone, has thrown his hat into ring to contest for the position of INYC Vice President in the body’s forthcoming elections.
The Warri- North born,Rights’ Activist, made his aspiration known at the weekend in Warri,pledging to mobilize Itsekiri youths toward a brighter and more prosperous future, if given the mandate.
Esigbone said “I will play vital role in safeguarding the interests of Itsekiri Nation and the broader Warri Kingdom. I will also uphold and expand on the strong foundations laid by my predecessors while fostering unity and progress within Warri Kingdom.
He further quipped that “by collaborating closely with the President and other members of the executive, I will drive the progress of the Itsekiri National Youths Council, as the youth body of the Warri Kingdom, creating opportunities for empowerment and strengthening civic engagement.”
