Human rights activist,Dele Farotimi, has regained freedom, after the Magistrate Court in Ekiti,on Friday granted him bail for 30 million naira.
The bail is coming more than 15 days after he was arrested by police officers from Ekiti state command.
The court also held that the defendant should submit his international passport and refrain from granting media interviews with both electronic or print, pending the determination of the substantive suit.
