While commending the delegates for their role in the electoral process, Mene described their votes as a clear indication of their desire for change and transformation within the Itsekiri nation.
“I commend the delegates for your votes, especially those so desirous of change. Your votes signify that you are indeed advocates for transformation, and this marks the beginning of a new era,” he stated.
Mene further charged the newly elected officers to prioritize unity and inclusivity, stressing that the challenges ahead require collective effort.
“I implore the winners to foster unity by reaching out to others, as the tasks ahead demand collaboration. May God grant you wisdom greater than that of King Solomon to elevate the Itsekiri nation.
