Nigerian Chevron Executive’s Daughter Called to Bar in UK

It was a moment of joy and gratitude as Barrister Fedorah Chimaobi Anyaegbudike, daughter of Chevron Nigeria’s Manager of Communications, Mr. Victor Anyaegbudike, was called to the Bar at the prestigious Lincoln’s Inn, London, on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

Barrister Fedorah successfully completed her Barrister training at BPP University, London, earning her place among legal practitioners in England and Wales. 

She had previously obtained an LL.B Honours degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Birmingham and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.

Speaking after the ceremony, Fedorah expressed deep gratitude to God for guiding her through the rigorous academic journey. “It has been a long and rewarding journey. I am grateful to God and my parents for their unwavering support. I look forward to using my legal knowledge to contribute positively to society,” she said.

Her father, Mr. Anyaegbudike, shared his joy over his daughter’s milestone, acknowledging the sacrifices and dedication that led to her achievement. “We are immensely proud of Fedorah. This is a testament to her hard work and commitment. We thank God for this grace and appreciate everyone who played a role in her success,” he said.

The newly inducted barrister promised to uphold the principles of the legal profession and make meaningful contributions to justice and development.
