As part of it’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) ,about 250 host communities to Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) are set benefit from 2024 CSR Initiative of the company.
PINL is a surveillance contractor for the Trans Niger Pipeline (TNP), which runs through communities in Abia, Bayelsa, Imo, and Rivers States.
Speaking in Port Harcourt on Monday, chief executive officer of Learn & Leadwise Resources Limited, Ms. Deborah Okunbo, stated that a total of 35 communities in Eleme, Gokana, Bonny, and Tai local government areas of Rivers State are already beneficiaries from the CSR initiative that commenced on Monday.
She quipped that in addition to the above, the flood-affected communities in the Nigeria Delta will receive additional relief supplies.
Ms Okunbo stressed the program, which is one of many events organized for the host communities in this cycle of CSR initiatives, has been a vital part of the company’s operations since its inception 3 years ago.
