Rome, Italy – May 15, 2025 — Nigerian international and Atalanta forward, Ademola Lookman, has been nominated for the Serie A Player of the Month for May, following his recent return to scoring form.
Lookman is one of six standout players shortlisted for the prestigious monthly accolade. The other nominees include Riccardo Orsolini (Bologna), Khéphren Thuram (Juventus), Scott McTominay (Napoli), Manu Koné (AS Roma), and Santiago Giménez (AC Milan).
The 27-year-old winger earned his nomination after breaking a six-game goal drought with a crucial strike in Atalanta’s 2-1 victory over AS Roma on Monday. His goal played a vital role in securing an important win for La Dea, as the club pushes for a strong finish to the Serie A season.
