Tragedy struck in Agbor, headquarters of Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, on Sunday as a petrol tanker explosion left several people feared dead and destroyed properties worth millions of naira.The incident occurred near First Bank along the busy Old Lagos/Asaba Road when a petrol-laden tanker fell while negotiating a turn, leading to a massive explosion.Eyewitnesses said the tanker burst into flames.The inferno reportedly consumed vehicles, houses, and business premises, leaving a trail of devastation.The Delta State Police Command and fire service personnel arrived at the scene to manage the situation and prevent further spread of the fire.
