President Bola Tinubu on Saturday hosted several high-profile guests at his Lagos residence in celebration of the Eid-el-Kabir festivities. Among those in attendance were former Delta State Governor James Ibori, Minister of Budget and Economic Planning Abubakar Bagudu, billionaire industrialist Razak Okoya, his wife Shade Okoya, and their son.

The visit was part of ongoing Sallah homage as President Tinubu continues his stay in Lagos, where he has been since May 27. During this period, he has participated in significant events, including the 50th anniversary of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), and commissioned multiple development projects.
In his Eid message to the nation, President Tinubu called on Nigerians to pray for continued peace and unity. He acknowledged the hardships citizens have endured over the past year and assured them that his administration is working to safeguard their physical, social, and economic well-being.
He emphasized that the current policies are designed to lay a lasting foundation for Nigeria’s sustainable growth and prosperity.
President Tinubu is expected to return to Abuja after the conclusion of the Sallah celebrations.
